How will the relationship with China affect the region? Should the U.S. be concerned about China’s growing “sphere of influence”?

Dr. Snodgrass is a specialist in Latin American history and serves as Director of IUPUI’s Global and International Studies Program in the School of Liberal Arts.

His research interests include US-Latin American relations and the history of Mexican emigration to the United States.
