Learn techniques through yoga that will aid in navigating anxiety, a movement that offers relief to the joints, and takeaways that can be practiced at home like meditation, breathing exercises, and stretches for those that bind their chests. Yoga is an incredible way to explore your relationship with your body and strengthen your inner voice and determination.
