This invitation comes from Merlin Gonzales of Faith Hope and Love:

As a fellow Interchurch Community servant, I would like to invite you to this month’s Faith Hope and Love monthly Table Talk next Thursday, January 10th (it’s every 2nd Thursday of the month from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at Krannert Halllunch is provided). We will have a Special Preview of an Indianapolis documentary regarding the state of hunger in our city. WE NEED YOUR HELP to give us any helpful suggestions before we finalize it and perhaps, present it in a movie theater in the near future for increased awareness of the effect of hunger in our society. Please RSVP by emailing merlin@fhlinternational.org
I would like to remind you to visit the Tower Garden regularly on the second floor by the stairs as we have fresh lettuce and other salad veggies available for everyone. Please help yourself anytime by plucking the leaves of your choice and leave the root system.
Fox 59 reported that Indianapolis hits yet another Homicide record. A research about crime and food insecurity concluded 1% increase in food insecurity leads to 12% increase in violent crime (even after isolating other predictors of violent crime).
