Tom Hohman of Indiana Native Plants and Wildflower Society/ Central Chapter will be talking about the advantages and importance of native plants in our yards and parks. Tom is past president of INPAWS and also past president of the Central Chapter. He is an active member and serves on the board at both levels. He heads up the Central Chapter Invasive plant removal SWAT Team. He is a retired civil engineer from the Indiana Dept. of Natural Resources and was a host at one of our Sierra Club Outings last year. He is also the current president of the Indiana Parks Alliance.
